1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CritChanceShop (“CCS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, Discord server, and subscription services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Overview

CCS provides subscription-based access to a curated Steam gaming library. Your subscription grants you time-limited access to games through accounts managed by CCS. Game availability may vary, and certain titles—such as Denuvo-protected games—require the optional Apex Add-On.

3. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use CCS.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any credentials provided.
  • Account sharing outside approved household users is prohibited.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • All fees are listed in USD and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected term (3, 6, or 12 months) and will not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.
  • The Apex Add-On is billed separately and grants access to Denuvo-protected games.
  • Pricing may change; we will provide reasonable notice via our website or Discord announcements.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Use CCS accounts solely for personal entertainment purposes.
  • Do not attempt to bypass Steam security, modify DRM, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Respect game publishers’ terms and all applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for policy violations.

6. Content Availability

Game libraries, features, and platform integrations may change without notice. CCS does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific title, mode, or feature.

7. Disclaimers

CCS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for damages resulting from interruptions, delays, or loss of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCS and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.

9. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time; termination will take effect at the end of the current billing term. We may terminate or suspend your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
